Rules for accepting clients' orders online on the official website of the Ashgabat Stock Exchange and for processing them, for the purpose of organising exchange trading in securities in circulation:

1. Clients wishing to buy or sell securities can submit their orders by visiting the official website of the Exchange (agb.com.tm.);

2. Clients may contact the Exchange's floor broker or the brokers of their choice by telephone or e-mail regarding the terms of their orders and the securities to be bought or sold;

3. The Exchange's floor broker and the brokers jointly carry out, in the due manner, the work of satisfying clients' orders (if the terms of the securities offered for purchase and for sale match);

4. After the third part of these rules has been fulfilled, the brokers - members of the Exchange - meet the clients, accept their instructions and draw up the relevant documents (brokerage agreement, opening of a brokerage account and others), and apply to the Exchange to take part in Exchange trading.
