Listing is the set of Exchange procedures by which the Exchange includes securities in the Official List of the Exchange and admits them to trading, including inclusion in the valuation list
The Exchange's "Listing" procedure
Step 1 - submitting an Application for the inclusion of securities in the Official List of the Exchange;
Step 2 - compiling and submitting the package of documents for the inclusion of securities in the Official List of the Exchange, in accordance with the requirements of the Exchange's Listing Procedure;
Step 3 - the Application for the Listing of securities and the documents attached to it are accepted and reviewed by the Listing Committee of the Exchange;
Step 4 - if the conclusion of the Listing Committee is positive, the securities are included in the Official List of the Exchange within 5 working days.
