Who is "Investor"?

Investor – physical or legal person who acquires securities on its own name and on its own account.

Investor is a participant in the stock market.

Procedure for buying or selling securities:

1st step - An investor chooses the security he wants to buy.

2nd step - An investor chooses a Broker to buy or sell a security.

3rd step - An investor enters into an agreement to buy or sell securities with the Broker of his choice.

4th step - A broker executes an investor's order to buy or sell securities by participating in stock market trading.
